Not responding to calls or messages. The order placed 2 weeks ago still hasn't been delivered. A simple delivery from Ludhiana to Jammu has taken more than 15 days and still hasn't arrived. Horrible customer service.

I M very much unsatisfied with their service I ordered 2 intra oral camera and had prblm with that. I have sent them one camera via courier till now they did not confirm the receiving i am texting and calling them regularly very bad experince

One of the worst places to buy dental items online, First they will send you a wrong item, Then they will ask you to send the product back for getting the refund, Then you will have to wait for two weeks for getting a refund for a mistake they have have commited. Pathetic Customer service, Buyers beware. If i had an option to give 0 star i would have done it

You get each and every dental product with them..especially handpieces,motors,ortho range,chair spares etc..the executives are really helpful in nature..order processing is quick and deliveries are even faster..have been buying their products since 2015 and have never turned to any other dealer..Good job Team Dentmark.. I had ordered meta cutting burs from Dentmark. They were superb. Very good cutting efficiency and long lasting. I’m ordering more now. They are quiet cost effective too.
